BCLS Replacement Certificate
If you have lost your card, reported more than 30 days after your exam date that you never received your card, provided an incorrect name for your card or provided the incorrect shipping address for your card, you must purchase a replacement card. YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED YOUR COURSE WITH OUR COMPANY. We do not replace other company’s certificates.
